My Grandfather served in the Air Force so that we could have freedom. Freedom to choose. Freedom to be who we wanted to be. Freedom from an oppressive government.

Like many Americans, I'm not on the far left, nor the far right. There are some conservative values that I do believe in. I don't believe it's a good idea to be too far to either side, but I acknowledge that the choice is there to be made... By YOU. 

We make our choices through Democracy. Our inherent right to vote for those we believe in is the cornerstone of this great country, and to speak freely of those we support is paramount. 

There is a shift to the extremes right now, especially to the far right. Donald Trump is acting like a Mafia Boss to get his way within the Republican Party, "or else". He has that "cult of personality" that draws people in and a news network that manipulates and brainwashes their viewers into following him blindly. 

The damage he could have caused this country a few short years ago was hampered by a global pandemic that forced him away from his agenda. Or did it only delay him? This upcoming vote in November 2024 is crucial in pushing back against the radical far right agenda and bringing back some decency to this country. We are already great. We need to "Make America Normal Again". 

The bigger issue seemed to focus on abortion and reproductive choice. So long as Republicans take such a hard line stance against choice, they’re not in favor with most Americans. Pilip was not only pro-life, but very strict. She held the value to ban abortion, even in the event of rape or incest. Many red states are cracking down on how long you can be before getting an abortion (8 weeks or less), which is often times before a woman even knows they’re pregnant. Some are even going so far as to try to prohibit women from traveling to another state to seen an abortion, threatening imprisonment. It’s seen by some as protecting a life, but by many as extreme restrictions of freedom.

As a truck driver, traveling across this vast country, I see a TON of support media for Trump. Very little for Biden. Even though I know that there are more registered Democrats than there are republicans. My goal is to create more options, more media, more visibility to those who we support.
